♪♫♬ ABOUT ♪♫♬We Are All Under One Sky is an IDOLiSH7 fanzine featuring the songs in the game! The concept is that artists will each pick a song (you get to choose multiple songs when you apply in case there are same choices between different applicants) and produce an artwork related to the song. It can be a scene inside the song, an alternate CD cover, or anything that makes you think about the song.After the launch of the first volume We Are All Under One Sky in 2018-2019 and the second volume We Are All Under One Sky: Encore in 2019-2020, we are pleased to bring you volume 3 We Are All Under One Sky: Memoire in 2022, just in time for the 7th anniversary of the series!We would like to stick to the original as much as possible so the characters and costumes should be same/similar to the official designs. However, I understand that it is a lot of work to draw group images of many characters, therefore, artists are free to choose how many characters they want to draw for the songs, with the exception of the front/back covers where the whole team will be present (or so I wish). You can also pose the characters in whatever way you want! - Art work much be finished work, no sketches will be accepted
- All art pieces will be single page portrait orientation. If you would like to draw in landscape, your piece will be rotated.

9. Back cover♪♫♬ MERCH FORMAT ♪♫♬We will have 4 merch sets plus a few extra merch items. Each merch set is based on an idol group: IDOLiSH7, TRIGGER, Re:vale & ZOOL, and each set will contain one acrylic charm and one sticker sheet. Extra merch item includes a mini print, a shaker charm, a notebook, and a washi tape. Each merch artist will be responsible for one merch set plus one piece of extra merch item (total 3 submission pieces). The enamel pin will be handled by the mod due to MOQ and is the least likely to get made.Merch specs will be posted in the Discord channel after project starts. Merch artists only have to submit the artwork for the merch and do not need to produce the merch item themselves.♪♫♬ CREDITS ♪♫♬Artists own the copyright to their work. We do not take away your rights by printing your work in the zine. Artists can post WIP or sections of their pieces during the production process, but the full piece can only be posted after preorders open. Artists can sell their art work as they wish after this project.Artists can add a signature to their art work as long as it is not too large, but we will have official credits on each art page either in the left or right bottom corner.With the exception for the artist who draws the front and back cover. His/her credits will be on the inner cover.Also, the artist name will be displayed again in the comments page at the end of the zine with credits and social media accounts.♪♫♬ COMPENSATION ♪♫♬Artists are guaranteed a PDF copy of the zine even if we sell zero copies. We will run preorders to print the copies at the end of the project. If we do not get enough funds after costs to give each artist a free copy of the zine, earnings will be split between the artists. If we make enough money, all artists will get a free copy (perhaps with merch) of the zine. If we earn more money, all artists will get a free copy of the zine plus the remaining earnings will be split between everyone.Each artist and each mod will receive profit shares based on the amount they contribute to the zine. Each zine piece is counted as one share of the profits, cover is counted as two (because 16 characters...). Merch artists drawing one set of merch plus the extra merch item (total 3 pieces) will count for one share of the profits.Earnings will be sent to Artists by PayPal. Welcome to the FAQ! Here we will try to put up answers to some questions. If you have a question, please feel free to send a Twitter message or email and we will be posting the responses on Twitter.APPLICATIONSQ: Do you accept artists only? What about writers?
A: We are only accepting artists for this project to be consistent with the previous volumes. I am not good with writing and I don’t think I am ready to edit writers' works yet.Q: What is a pinch hitter?
A: Pinch hitters will substitute artists that drop out of the project. They will be contacted as soon as someone drops out and we need a new artist. You may be contacted at any time during the zine drawing schedule.Q: Do I need to submit Idolish7 art for the application?
A: No, they don’t need to be Idolish7 works! It can be of anything as long as it shows the style you are planning to use for this zine.Q: Do I need to have previous zine experience to apply?
A: Previous zine experience is not required. We judge solely based on portfolio so please send in your best samples.Q: Can I apply to both page and merch artist positions?
A: Yes, you can, and you may be accepted for both if you indicate so on your application. Please do note that if you are taking more than one piece or more than one position you are still given the same creation time.CREATIONQ: Can I create spread art?
A: Yes. Spreads are fine, but all pages will be printed in portrait so spreads will be resized and rotated.
Q: Can I create more than 1 piece?
A: Applicants who indicate they are willing to draw for more than one piece may be accepted for two pieces. Please do note that if you are taking more than one piece or more than one position you are still given the same creation time.PREORDERSQ: Will there be a PDF zine or just the physical book?
A: We will have both physical and PDF zines for orders. To be fair, the PDF zines will be sent out at the same time as the physical zines being mailed out.SHIPPINGQ: Does the project ship worldwide?
A: The short answer is almost. We ship to everywhere the local shipping company plus Canada Post ships to. We will post up a list of common countries during preorders period and buyers from countries not listed are free to ask for shipping options and quotes.Q: Does shipping have tracking numbers?
A: Shipping to certain countries are tracked. This info will also be posted during preorders. Buyers from countries which default shipping is untracked can ask for availability of tracked shipping options - note extra charges may apply.Q: I have not received my package, what should I do?
A: All tracked packages will have a tracking number with the respective shipping company used which will be sent to buyers after their shipments are dropped off. Please check with your local post office or courier office for shipment status. All non-tracked packages do not have tracking numbers, but we will send buyers a label number which you can use to ask at your local office if they have received your package. Please note that the project's mods are unable to control shipment of the packages once we dropped them off at the post, and we do not take any responsibility for lost and/or damaged packages where we are not the cause.COMPENSATIONQ: Can artists get a copy of the zine if there is not enough funding to give everyone a free copy, or can artists get extra copies of the zine?
A: Yes, of course. Artists will be able to order the zine and merch at production cost if we are unable to make enough funds to offer free copies.Q: Can everyone get monetary compensation?
A: Monetary compensation will be distributed if we do not have enough funding to give every contributor their free copies, or if we have extra funds after contributor free copies. Monetary compensation will only be sent to contributors who are 18 years or older and have their own PayPal account at time of compensation.Q: Can monetary compensation be sent by another method aside from PayPal?
A: Currently we only have PayPal as a means of paying contributors, as funds from preorders go into PayPal directly. If contributors wishes to use another payment method, I will discuss with you to see how that can be done and extra charges/deductions may incur.

As per previous issues, this is a single person modded project. I started volume 1 of this project when I did not have experience in modding zines, and I am very thankful to those who believed in me back then. Now that I have gained more experience in zine modding, I hope to make each new zine project better than my last.

APPLICATIONS
Applications are not open yet.APPLICATION GUIDELINES- Applicants are required to submit a portfolio containing your best works. This can be a Google drive, social media site or any online location where your work can be viewed.
- If you are submitting a Google drive as portfolio, please make sure viewer access is not locked.
- If you are submitting a social media link as portfolio, please link to the appropriate tag.
- One submission sample should have a background that is not just white space, coloured BG or patterned BG.
- Previous zine participation experience is not required to apply for this project.
- Applicants submitting AI generated art is strictly not considered.
- Idolish7 related samples are not compulsory but may help with your application.
- Follower count on social media is not a criteria for application judging. It will mostly be your portfolio so please send in your best samples~!
- It is ok to apply for both page and merch artist positions, and you may be considered for both if you have indicated so.
- There is also a chance to draw for multiple pieces if you have indicated so.
- You may choose as many songs as you like in your application. Please rank them in order of preference.ZINE PIECE GUIDELINES- The zine piece will be 6" x 9" large plus bleed. Template will be provided after acceptance.
- The zine piece can be portrait or landscape, but final print will be in portrait (landscape pieces will be rotated).
- The zine piece has to contain some sort of background that is not plain colour, gradient or repeated patterns.
- The zine piece shall be coloured and finished. Sketches are not accepted.

We Are All Under One Sky: Encore is the second installment of the i7 songs zine. There are a lot of Wonderful Octaves and character songs in this volume but the content is as amazing as the first volume!The second zine included 48 song illustrations and 16 merch sets!
